I picked this stone up directly from the Otteson family at the Denver Gem Show — 25 carats of Blackjack turquoise with pops of vivid blue-green that genuinely stopped me in my tracks. Deep black host rock, warm iron-gold running through the matrix, and those bright color pockets that catch the light differently from every angle. I knew it needed something with a little edge to match it.

The pendant sits in a fine silver beaded bezel with an art nouveau crown detail. The back plate has a pressed texture from my rolling mill — one of those details you only notice when you're holding it.
