These sterling silver drop earrings feature a beautiful pair of Sonoran Gold turquoise cabochons, with vibrant turquoise blue and rich green coloring accented by natural golden-brown matrix.
Each stone is set in a handmade fine silver bezel, with a curved beaded border along the lower edge. The granules are antiqued to bring out their dimension, while the bezels and raised silver are polished to a bright finish.
The earrings hang from long sterling silver ear wires, creating an elegant, lightweight silhouette that allows the turquoise to move naturally when worn.

Turquoise is a relatively soft, porous gemstone and should be treated with care. Avoid prolonged exposure to water, lotions, perfumes, oils, and harsh chemicals. Remove before swimming, showering, or strenuous activities.
Gently clean the silver with a soft polishing cloth, taking care around the antiqued details. Avoid silver dips and ultrasonic cleaners.
✦ About Sonoran Gold Turquoise
Sonoran Gold turquoise comes from the state of Sonora in northern Mexico and is prized for its distinctive combination of vivid blue and green coloring. Unlike turquoise varieties that are predominantly one color, Sonoran Gold often displays striking patches of bright turquoise blue alongside rich greens, accented by golden-brown or earthy matrix.
The material is typically found in small nodules rather than extensive veins, giving each cabochon its own unique combination of color and pattern. Sonoran Gold has become particularly popular among turquoise collectors and jewelry artists for its brilliant colors and unusual natural variations.

To keep your silver jewelry looking like new, take that extra second to remove it before cleaning, bathing, swimming, or any activity that would cause excess wear and tear. Avoid exposing your jewelry to perfumes, lotions, soaps and other liquids, as well as extreme heat.
If your jewelry becomes dirty, clean with a soft cloth or soft tooth brush and a mild soap if necessary (I use Dawn), or polish with a silver polishing cloth.
Please note that polishing cloths are infused with an abrasive and will remove intentional patina along with the unwanted tarnish, so take
care not to accidentally polish off the patina!
Finally, as a best practice, store your jewelry in a cool, dry place with your complimentary anti-tarnish tab.
